User Agreement
This document “User Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer from individual entrepreneur Lykov Alexey Alexandrovich, posted on the website http://whitelabglobal.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), to conclude a contract under the conditions set forth below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. You hereby confirm that from the moment of registration on the Site and during the use of the personalized services of the Site, you are a User of the Site until your personal request to the Site administration to terminate any relations with the Site.
1.2. Your use of the Site in any way and form within its declared functionality, including:
a) Viewing materials posted on the Site;
b) Registration and/or authorization on the Site;
c) Posting or displaying any materials on the Site, including but not limited to texts, hyperlinks, images, audio and video files, information, and/or other content;
creates a contract based on this Agreement in accordance with Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By using any of the aforementioned capabilities for using the Site, you confirm that:
a) You have familiarized yourself with the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Site;
b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions and limitations on your part, and undertake to comply with them or cease using the Site. If you disagree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately cease any use of the Site;
c) The Agreement (including any part of it) may be amended by the Site without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the Site or bringing it to the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
2. General Conditions of Use of the Site
2.1. The Site sells products through the web resource http://whitelabglobal.com and associated services.
2.2. The Site delivers products by methods defined in Part 3 of this Agreement.
2.3. The Site provides access to personalized services for obtaining the most complete information about the products of interest, creating ratings and opinions, participating in competitions, and other promotions conducted by the Site.
2.4. You hereby give your voluntary consent to receive information about all actions of the Site related to product sales and/or services, including order status and other events related to the Site’s services.
2.5. Consent to receive newsletters:
By subscribing to SMS and email newsletters from http://whitelabglobal.com or third parties authorized to send newsletters on behalf of http://whitelabglobal.com via the Internet using http://whitelabglobal.com, I agree to receive informational newsletters to the phone and email address I provided when subscribing through the newsletter subscription service on the website http://whitelabglobal.com. I am informed that if I wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter from http://whitelabglobal.com, I must independently follow the “Unsubscribe” link provided in the emails sent from the Site’s address sales@whitelabeyewear.com or notify through the contact details provided in the “Contacts” section of this Agreement. I also give permission to the Site or third parties authorized to send newsletters on behalf of the Site to collect, store, and process all personal data provided by me to the Site (including surname, first name, patronymic, and email address) for the purpose of informing about news and other events of the Site.
2.6. You agree that the Site is not responsible for any delays, failures, incorrect or untimely delivery, deletion, or failure to store any notifications. The Site reserves the right to resend any notification if it is not received by you.

2.8. You acknowledge that the accompanying product description on the Site does not claim to provide exhaustive information and may contain inaccuracies. You have the right to send all remarks regarding inaccurate product descriptions to the Site at sales@whitelabeyewear.com.
2.9. You acknowledge that the Site makes every effort to ensure that the appearance, packaging, and characteristics of the products match the descriptions provided in the Site’s catalog. At the same time, the Site informs you that the actual appearance, packaging, and characteristics of a product may differ from these descriptions in the case of assortment goods, as well as in the case of changes made to the product by the manufacturer.
2.10. You are informed that the price and availability of goods on the Site are subject to change around the clock without prior notice and are indicated in the individual status and detailed product card displayed in the catalog on the Site.
3. User Obligations When Using the Site
3.1. You agree not to use the Site’s services for:
3.1.1. Posting content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred, and/or discrimination based on racial, national, gender, religious, or social grounds; contains false information and/or insults specific individuals, organizations, or authorities;
3.1.2. Encouraging illegal activities and assisting persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions applicable on the territory of Russia;
3.1.3. Violating the rights of minors and/or causing them harm in any form;
3.1.4. Violating minority rights;
3.1.5. Impersonating another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including Site staff;
3.1.6. Misleading regarding the properties and characteristics of any products from the Site’s catalog; incorrect comparison of products, as well as forming a negative attitude towards people using (or not using) certain products, or condemning such people;
3.1.7. Posting content that you do not have the right to make available under the law of the Russian Federation or under any contractual relationships;
3.1.8. Posting content that affects and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, firm name, copyright, and related rights or other rights to the results of intellectual activity belonging to or lawfully used by third parties;
3.1.9. Posting unauthorized advertising information and/or spam;
3.1.10. Collecting and processing personal data, private life information of any persons;
3.1.11. Disrupting the normal operation of the Site;
3.1.12. Violating Russian or international laws.
3.2. You agree not to use obscene language, vulgar and offensive images, comparisons and expressions on the Site, including in relation to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language of a person and citizen, as well as in relation to organizations, authorities, official state symbols (flags, emblems, hymns), religious symbols, objects of cultural heritage (monuments of history and culture).
3.3. You acknowledge and agree that the Site has the right (but not the obligation) at its discretion to refuse to post and/or remove any content available through the Site’s services.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. The Privacy Policy terms and the relations between you and the Site concerning personal data processing are governed by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No.152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data”.
4.2. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that the Site has received or may receive from you during registration and/or order placement on the Site, and necessary for the Site to fulfill its obligations regarding the product/service you purchased and/or your access to the Site’s services.

5. Terms of Purchase and Delivery
5.1. You can purchase items on the Site, paying for them using the following methods: cash, credit card, electronic money, mobile phone account, bank transfer based on receipt.
5.2. You hereby agree that the method of payment you selected cannot be changed from the moment the order is placed on the Site.
5.3. You hereby agree that confirmation of the order paid by electronic money, credit card, mobile phone account, or bank transfer occurs only after the transfer of funds to pay for the order is confirmed.
5.4. You confirm that the payment for the order using electronic money, credit card, or mobile phone account must be made within 5 calendar days from the moment it is placed on the Site. You agree that if the order is not paid within the specified period, it may be canceled.
5.5. The Site delivers goods using the following methods: the Site’s delivery service (courier delivery or pickup point), Russian Post. You are entitled to choose any delivery method convenient for you depending on the delivery conditions in your region/country or your preferences.
5.6. You agree that in cases of your inability to accept the product, including violating the period during which you must pick up the product, it will be considered a refusal of the product by you. In this case, the product is returned to the Site, and the order is deemed canceled.
5.7. In case of your refusal of the product, as well as in the absence of the ordered product, the prepayment made to the Site, excluding the Site’s delivery expenses, will be returned to you no later than 10 calendar days from the date of submission.

6. Liability
6.1. The Site’s services may contain links to other resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Site is not responsible for the availability of these resources and their content, as well as any consequences arising from your use of the content of these resources.
6.2. You also agree that the Site is not responsible for your personal data provided to third-party resources and/or other third parties if you follow links to them from the Site.
6.3. You confirm that the Site is not responsible for the possible loss and/or corruption of data resulting from your violation of this Agreement, including improper access and/or use of the personalized services of the Site.
6.4. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including acquiring products from the Site’s catalog, rests with the legal representatives of minors.
6.5. You agree that in cases of non-fulfillment and/or improper fulfillment of the Site’s obligations for the sale and/or delivery of a product due to your provision of false and/or invalid data about yourself, as well as your failure to fulfill the conditions of this Agreement, the Site is not responsible.
